YOUR TASKS
1. Support the sales team by participating in joint sales calls at prospective and existing customers, writing proposals and preparing CoO analyses;
2. Promote company′s technology to prospective and existing customers, and by presenting technical papers at major conferences;
3. Assist the engineering teams by providing input for equipment and process engineering based on customer requirements;
4. Conduit of ideas and analysis for strategic business development within the different market segments;
5. Consolidate and evaluate market information in the PV and Architectural Glass sector. Write white papers and market analyses;
5. Collaborate with management as to how to adjust the business strategy;
6. Submit requests and prepare actionable test plans for coating customer samples at company′s headquarters and at customer sites as well as contract coating companies, or universities;
7. Create and present training material to customers and colleagues.
YOUR PROFILE
1. Master′s degree in Physics or Engineering and MBA (PhD preferred);
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in plasma processing and vacuum coating equipment (PVD, PECVD, Etch);
3. Previous experience with PV technology or Architectural Glass technology and its fabrication methods as well as good technical understanding is preferred;
4. Excellent analytical and planning skills;
5. Being interested in self-guided learning;
6. Very good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory for this position.
