职位描述：

- representative of the plant quality and is responsible to set up, maintain and improve the quality system to ensure that it meets local legal requirements, customer needs and grammer quality framework.
responsibility:
- set up, maintain and improve the ts16949 quality system
- lead customer audits and third party quality system audit
- implement and continuously improve gpq process
- prepare regular q-reports according to quality kpis and present action plans for deviation
- lead problem solving for both customer quality complaints and internal quality issues until effectiveness is verified
- be responsible to lead all ccc related activities
- manage supplier quality and incoming inspection
- monitor in-process production quality to ensure processes are working according to defined procedures or countermeasures and be authorized to stop production in case of need
- provide necessary training and develop internal quality personnel
- manage some quality activities at external warehouses at customer side
- manage the doc control function
qualifications:
- bachelor degree or above with minimum 8-10 years of work experience, preferably in automotive industry with mechanical production background
- 2 to 4 years working experience as qm in foreign-invested companies
- versed in quality systems of ts16949
- good knowledge and hands-on working experience in apqp, ppap, msa, spc, fmea.
- strong problem solving skills and people management
- good english skills to be able to communicate with foreigners freely
- logical and good in reporting
